LinuxForce Inc. has named CJ Fearnley its President and CEO

Philadelphia, PA — 11 February 2003 —  LinuxForce Inc., the greater Philadelphia region's leading provider of outsourced systems administration services for Debian-based systems, named CJ Fearnley its second President and CEO.

Mr. Fearnley replaces Charles "Buck" Fleming who remains Chairman of the Board and Executive Vice President, Customer Relations.

Mr. Fearnley is presently Chief Technology Officer of LinuxForce.

The change takes effect 24 February 2003.

CJ Fearnley started introducing Linux to the greater Philadelphia region in 1993 with his leadership position in the Philadelphia Area Computer Society (PACS). Later, Mr. Fearnley helped found the Philadelphia Area Linux User Group (PLUG) and the Philadelphia Area Debian Society (PADS). Mr. Fearnley was an original incorporator of LinuxForce in 1999. Mr. Fearnley noted that LinuxForce's mission of helping organizations migrate to Linux remains unchanged. "In my four years of working at LinuxForce, it's been my pleasure to work for Buck Fleming," said LinuxForce's new president CJ Fearnley. "I've learned a great deal from him, and I look forward to building upon the tradition of excellence that he established."

LinuxForce's outgoing president and CEO, Buck Fleming said "With my expanded responsibilities and challenges at AdminForce LLC, it was clear that I needed to transfer my day to day responsibilities at LinuxForce," I am confident that I leave LinuxForce's operations in great hands with this reorganization. CJ's passion for advancing technology, his customer-centric attitude and his business skills make him the right person to lead LinuxForce. I look forward to helping him chart that course."
